a down payment, but can't afford the high prices of buying a house in many neighborhoods. We're looking for homeowners that may want to help us turn your property into a home that's more affordable for a Vet family.

- We'll make you a fair all cash offer with the goal to purchase your property at an agreed upon lower price, so we can pass the savings on to a Vet family.
- We do the repairs or modern upgrades and get the house ready.
- We contact local Vet groups and organizations to find a family looking for a home in your neighborhood.
